Steve Grecco Jr.__Started playing guitar at 7 years old, 1959,  singing in church choir at 8, 1960 and school choir at 10, 1962. Voice lessons started at 10 as well.  Sang "Accapella" at 10, at Panama's lot with the high school kids,  sang "Accapella" all through high school with Jimmy Paul, Mike Infozino, and John Oller.

 

Put on Various 'Talent Shows" at high school, voice class at Adelphi University, 1970.  Sang and played acoustic music with Charlie Nardino,  Mike Infozino, and Jerry Nucifora. Sang with Eddie Brigati from the Rascals at a friends party in 1971.

 

Joined band "Rumpus" in 1971 through 1973, damaged vocal chords in 1973 which forced me to stop singing for 1 year. Sang at a family wedding, 1974, first attempt since injury, married Beverly in1974,  one child, Stephen born 1977.

 

Sang at various weddings and social events, 1975--1995, started teaching guitar to my son, 1990. began playing and recording music with Stephen, 1996.

Wrote first song in 20 years in1997, have written over 50 songs since.  My Song "You'll Always Be My Joy" has been performed at numerous weddings as a father/daughter dance.

First time in recording studio in over 25 years, 1998. September,1998-September,1999 recorded first CD of original material.
